This announcement replaces RNS number 2174H and includes an additional directorship of Mr Pinievsky as follows: Mobile Tornado International Limited. The full text of the announcement follows below.
Mobile Tornado is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Jorge Pinievsky as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.
Jorge Israel Pinievsky (aged 51)
Jorge is one of the original directors and developers of the Mobile Tornado technology and brings over 20 years of management and marketing experience to Mobile Tornado. His extensive experience includes previously serving as General Manager at Terayon Communications, Vice President of Business Development at BATM Advanced Communications Ltd, Sales Director at NICE Systems, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Medilog, and Research and Development Engineer for Israel Aircraft Industries. Jorge joined Mobile Tornado in February 2001.
Jorge Israel Pinievsky is currently, or has been in the past five years, a director of the following companies:

John Swingewood has decided to resign as a non-executive director, effective today, to pursue his other business interests.
Jeremy Fenn, Chief Executive Officer, commented "Jorge is one of the founders of the company and has worked tirelessly over the years to establish the business around the world. He is passionate about our technology and will enhance the composition of our board. We wish John well in the future and thank him for his contribution to the business in recent years."
