Instant Alert service for lone workers
|
| |
Mobile Tornado's Instant Alert service allows you to be notified instantaneously should any of your field workers require assistance. Aligned to UK Lone workers Legislation, standard mobile phones can raise an Instant Alert in the event of an incident, which can then be instantly directed to any control centre.
The platform ensures the delivery of the alert to the centre, maintains the connectivity status of the user requiring assistance, and prioritises resource allocations to this user;
Primarily, the Instant Alert service can be used in line with various aspects of Lone Worker Legislation to assist in the protection and safety of a workforce. A dedicated button on a device enables users to instantly notify a number of other users if there's a problem — for example in a dangerous or threatening situation.

By combining our Instant Alert, Instant Locate and Push to Talk Software Development Kit any device can now comply to the BS8484:2009 standard.
Integrated Services
Several levels of alert are defined in the system to allow receiving centre to act accordingly, complex scenarios can be built around it to maximise the protection of remote worker.
A dedicated button on the device enables users to instantly notify a number of other users if there's a problem — for example in a dangerous or threatening situation.
Alternative uses could include a security guard checking in with a control centre on an organised basis, or a courier notifying a dispatch team of a failed delivery. |
