Instant Communications for Workforce Management

Our Instant Communications suite consists of four core services that can enhance any workforce management solution. The services we currently offer are:
- » Instant Talk — Instant Push To Talk (PTT) voice communication, one-to-one or one-to-many
- » Instant Locate — Monitor the location of your workforce by schedule or request
- » Instant Alert — Enable your workforce to raise alerts in a range of situations
- » Instant Message — Transmit text-based messages between staff
All four services are available to Independent Software Vendors (ISV's) by integrating our Software Development Kit (SDK) to enhance their product offering in a number of ways.
These features are also available through our own full-featured IPRS™ clients across a range of devices including:
- » Mobile Tornado BB3G
- » Windows Mobile 5, 6, 6.5
- » Android 2.1+
- » Nokia Series 60
These mobile devices are offered in addition to our Windows PC Based Instant Communication Manager Client, which offers central control.
All clients connect to the IPRS Platform, which handles all communication, authentication, data storage, etc.
