Quick Start option
This option is designed for service providers with low volume requirements or as a 'first step' on the path to our Managed Platform offering. The service is completely hosted by Mobile Tornado and presented to the service provider through a branded web-based interface, which allows you or your customers to manage their own accounts, including addition of new users, creation of groups, and more.
Using the 'Quick Start' option provides you with leverage and expansion opportunities to include Mobile Tornado's workforce management communication suite. There is no real need for expertise in communications and minimum investment is needed in infrastructure.
Managed Platform Option
The Mobile Tornado platform is now available as a managed offering to service providers worldwide. For customers with greater mobile communications experience and an existing infrastructure, a hardware platform can be specified to offer the complete in-house solution and cater for high capacity when it's required.
Indirect Business Model
Mobile Tornado charges the service provider a monthly licence fee per subscriber, activated on the platform. This licence fee includes third level support and software upgrades for the lifetime of the product.
The service provider has complete control over their end-user pricing model and is expected to provide direct customer care, first and second level support, and billing. |
