Mobile Tornado and Dimex Systems announce their strategic cooperation regarding PTT to be ported to Intermec Mobile Computers model CN3.

Dimex Systems of Dimex Group, an Automatic Data Collection Solutions provider announced today a Global partnership with Mobile Tornado a world leader in convergent, Presence based Instant Communication Applications that will bring 'Push-to' services to Business Enterprises, on the Intermec CN3 - the leading mobile computer.
Dimex Systems of Dimex Group has the exclusive right to market mobile computers and other products for automatic data collection of Intermec Technologies Corporation (US).
Mobile Tornado's revolutionary IPRS (IP Radio Service) technology enables instantaneous Push-to-Talk and Push-to-Send interaction with unlimited international and roaming capabilities over 2.5-3G networks and is sometimes referred to as PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular). Users can conduct international and nationwide IPRS sessions from any packet-based wireless network, to other PTT users using existing network coverage.
Intermec has recently launched the leading mobile computer model CN3 that supports many features such as: Cellular radio, Wifi radio, Scanner and Camera. The CN3 designed to meet the needs of workers performing mission-critical tasks in transportation, logistics and field service, the CN3 mobile computer delivers a powerful combination of communication technologies in a compact rugged package. Many strategic customers worldwide, as well as in Israel, are already extensively using this uniquely advanced computer.
The cooperation between Mobile Tornado and Dimex is the result of the demand of many customers to incorporate PPT in the computer to make the work in the field more efficient. The incorporation of the PTT technology in Intermec mobile computers enables customers to fully control their field force, with the ability to react in real time by making use of the fast communication features of the computer and includes also the possibility to communicate between Mobile handhelds, as well as cellular communication in parallel.
